I was impressed by the immediacy and accuracy of the Titania’s Fortune Cards from my 3 card daily draw last week (once Alanna steered me in the righ direction), so I’ve decided to try a 7 card draw for the coming week.
Normally I like to fan out the deck and choose my cards randomly, but that isn’t easy to do with this deck, so I shuffled and dealt my 7 cards directly from the top of the deck. In the book that accompanies the cards, Titania states that either method can be used. I drew the following cards:

Tower + Key + Moon + House + Owl + Man + Cloud
I was surprised to see Tower and Moon come up again since they were part of my 3 card draw from last week. It seems that issue may not yet be resolved.
First I want to break the reading down like I do with the Lenormand, but keeping to the Titania meanings:
Tower + Key = Someone older or someone (or something) from my past brings success, or offers a clue to a situation or problem.
Moon + House = An invitation to someone’s home.
Bird + Man = Man probably represents me, and the Bird indicates nervousness or excitement. This could also show discussions with a man.
Clouds = worries and uncertainties.
Here’s what I get from these cards:
Someone older or someone from my past offers a clue to a problem or situation. I’m invited to someone’s house where there is lot’s of discussion with a man about whatever is on his mind or is worrying him.
I think it’s interesting to note that last week I actually received invitations from two people from the past. One was a male who invited me to join his friends list on Facebook, and the other was an actual invitation from a female to talk. I had not seen or heard from either in several years. I’m interested to see if this spread relates back to one or both of these people.
Update Jan 15 – This prediction manifested, but not at all in the way I expected. The man was invited to my home, and the Bird and Cloud warned of some disturbing news from this person, which was the case. Looking back over these cards, I don’t know how I might have differentiated between who would be doing the inviting, and that the meeting would take place in my own home.
I’m intrigued though, so I’ll continue practicing with this deck.
You’re interpretation seems spot on. I would note though that the bird can represent negative chatter, or gossip (not a cheeful chitter chatterer the owl is it?). If you factor in you’re mention of Facebook that is funny because if facebook is anything is it a chance for people to bitch and gossip about one another. I would have picked up on the two seperate inviations here I think if you hadn’t mentioned it. One seem’s more solid, (a house or building) and one seems more internal (little worries, uncertainty) surrounding possibly what someone thinks of you.
I think you might be brooding on this for another week because there is no clear resolution except from of course the protection of the occult card The Tower and the protection and solid base of ‘The House’. Since that is you’re central card I would think it suggests that maybe you are comfortable enough in your own skin now and centred enough in your own life to be able to deal with these uncertainties head on.
As you mentioned yes, the 36 card reading is the cross which is shown in the book. I did it once every 6 months or so, or if I had a reallllyyy pressing issue which I needed a lot of guidance on. It’s up to you of course lol. I still havent gotten my cards I need to go.
The reason I wanted a ‘more grown up’ tarot set was because I felt I was ready. The Shapeshifter deck is beautiful (and GLOSSY!lol) and so far the predictions have been absolutely excellent. I am glad I am giving them a chance.
Hi Alanna,
Thank you! I’m glad to know that I’m on the right track with these cards, and your additional comments are very helpful.
I wish there were more examples of actual readings in the book, because I always learn best when I can see a process in action.
I’ve felt a little intimidated by the 36 Card Cross spread, but I would love to give it a try. I want to study the instructions and example in the book, and then I’m going to try it. I’ll post my results, and any comments you may have would be very much appreciated!
I’m very happy to hear that you’re getting good results with the Shapeshifter deck. I’ve decided that I have to have it, so I’ve added it to my Tarot wishlist. I’ve never been able to find a Tarot deck that really resonates with me, but I keep trying!
I find Titana’s cards bang on ,there is something about the images and that awful ‘Pop’ glow colour that really sink into one’s psyche.
Hi Elki,
Thanks for dropping by!
This is a deck that people seem to either love or hate. I love the psychedelic images, and my only complaint is the scratchy finish that makes fanning the cards next to impossible on a smooth surface.
[...] Line of 7 – Titania’s Fortune Cards 15 01 2009 The last 7 card draw I posted using the Titania’s Fortune Cards proved to be stunningly accurate. The prediction took just a few days longer than a week to materialize, although not in the way I expected. For additional information, check out the post: Titania’s Fortune Cards – 7 Card Draw. [...]
