I can tell you that I have investigated most of the modern playing card methods, and the Regina Russell system is by far the most useful and accurate (in my humble opinion). I'm not aware of any Regina Russell classes. Have you tried the Art of Cartomancy Forum? They study and do practice readings with the Regina Russell method there. I’ve never done much with playing cards – I’ve wanted to and have several books on that subject but have never gotten around to putting any effort into it. It seems like it would be such a handy way to read cards for other people as everyone has playing cards and they don’t put people off like Tarot or Oracle cards.
